In October of 1990, a group of women in Hyannis, Massachusetts started the first Clothesline Project to raise awareness about dating and domestic violence.

Today, Clothesline Projects all over the world remind people of the real meaning of violence statistics. Each shirt represents a survivor or victim of sexual and interpersonal violence. During Dating/Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we display the Clothesline Project to bear witness and offer our support to survivors.

We will update this page with ways to get involved soon!
