After finishing the course, you'll be able to:
-Understand that intersectionality encompasses individual identities as well as systemic issues and how they affect the experiences of people in higher education.
-Explain what intersectionality is and why it's important for us as members of a university community.
-Apply the concept of intersectionality into the work we are already doing in our own lives.
-Reflect on how intersectionality can be used to assess peoples' own privileges and marginalized identities.
