• Unconscious bias affects our decision-making skills.
• This workshop will help you recognize and acknowledge your own biases and hopefully prevent yourself from making decisions based on a biased viewpoint.
• You will also learn how to take in consideration how someone's ethnicity, race, background, etc., can impact how they experience our society.
