Join WE@RIT for this all-alumni panel discussing issues pertaining to LGBTQ+ people in the engineering workplace.  Panelists will share first-hand accounts from their own experiences being lesbian or trans, challenges they’ve faced as a result, as well as ways they’ve found support and advocated for themselves and their community within the engineering workplace.  Audience questions will be taken.  Open to the RIT community.
