Please RSVP by Monday, November 22, 2021 at 9:00AM as I need to update catering. If you need access services, please submit a request at myaccess.rit.edu!
For those wondering the menu, we will be eating RIT's Harvest menu:
- Rolls with Butter
- Classic Caesar Salad
- Autumn Chopped Salad -- Romaine, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Craisins, and Apples and Raspberry Cinnamon
- Stuffed Pork Loin- Spinach, Asiago, and Sundried Tomatoes with a Brandy Dijon Cream Sauce
