Details

Small differences within organizations can easily result in unrepairable fractures. When leaders mishandle a disagreement, meetings, events, and entire organizations can be wrecked. Learn to improve how you deal with conflict by discussing the myths, stereotypes, root causes, and fears. Participants will practice using relevant and ready-to-use tools for managing conflict. It all starts with seeking to understand.
