Thursday, 9/29 from 7:00-8:30 pm [VIRTUAL] plus Saturday, 10/1 from 10 am -12 pm [IN-PERSON]

To be a leader others want to follow, you will need to set clear and attainable goals, provide the matching leadership style, track performance, and provide appropriate feedback. The goal of a Situational Leader is to help others develop competence, motivation, and confidence. The workshop includes an online self-assessment.
