Come attend Out@Anderson's first annual Amateur Drag Night! This event is open to LGBTQ+ community members and allies as attendees and student performers. Student performers will be competing for the title of Best Amateur Drag Performer of the Night, and a few professional drag queens will join to emcee the show and round out the night.

Tickets cost $20, and all event profits will be donated to the Point Foundation.

COVID Precautions
In light of recent COVID case numbers on campus, we highly encourage all attendees to take a COVID test prior to arriving at the event to ensure everyone's health and safety.

Location
The show will take place in the back patio of Sorry Not Sorry, a place many Anderson students are familiar with by now. :)

Tickets
If you purchased tickets on CampusGroups, we will require you to check in at the door of the back patio. We will also be selling tickets at the door, so feel free to bring your Sig-O's and all of your best Judy's! We will stamp your hand upon entry so you can walk between the indoor and outdoor spaces within Sorry Not Sorry and order drinks.

Performers
We have a mix of professional and amateur queens on the line-up for this event. For many, this will be their first time in drag and/or performing in drag. Please be kind, respectful, and supportive of ALL PERFORMERS so we can have a fun show for all involved.

Tipping
You are HIGHLY encouraged to tip the talent, especially the professional queens, via Venmo or real-life dollar bills. If you want to live your truest dollar bill fantasy but have no cash, Out@Anderson will have an inventory of $1's for you. Simply Venmo @OutAtAnderson for the number of $1's you'd like, and we will supply the cash. Yes folks, we've thought of everything!

Professional Queens
Each professional queen's Venmo will be provided at the tables, and we strongly recommend that you support each of these amazing performers!

Amateur Performers
All tips given to amateur performers will go toward our donation to the Point Foundation.

Parking/Transportation
As you all may already know, parking around Sorry Not Sorry can sometimes be scant, particularly when large Anderson events are hosted there. Please plan to carpool with friends or take Uber/Lyft, particularly if you want to drink while you're at the show! We love a good time, but we're also here for a safe time.

If you've made it this far in the email and still have a question we haven't answered, please reach out to Andrew Dougert (andrew.dougert.2022@anderson.ucla.edu) or Courtney Cheng (courtney.cheng.2022@anderson.ucla.edu).

See you soon!

Tickets will also be sold at the door for Sig-O's and folks outside the UCLA community to join.

See you at Sorry Not Sorry!
