Balloon Order Form

Basic infomation

Thank you for choosing SA&L for your balloon needs. In order to ensure your order is reviewed and approved, please fill out this form at least three (3) business days prior to your pick-up date. 

Our services are available to the CWRU community, including parents and friends wanting to order a special surprise for someone on campus. Due to staffing, we are not able to deliver balloons and all orders will need to be picked up from the SA&L office at the Tinkham Veale University Center (TVUC) suite 148.

Single mylar balloons $5.50 each
5 Solid Latex $12.00
1 Foil with 4 Latex Balloons $15.00
1 Foil with 6 Latex Balloons $19.00
2 Foils with 4 Latex Balloons $21.00

If you are ordering balloons for a student to pick up as a surprise, please note that in the form below and we will email the student to come pick up their balloons during normal business hours on the day denoted. 




Must be at least 3 days after form is submitted.




If you are paying via credit card an additional page will appear with instructions on how to complete payment.


This includes if you are ordering a surprise for another student or friend on campus!


If this is a surprise for the person picking up, we will email them to let them know they have a special gift waiting in the SA&L office for them at the pick up date specified earlier in the form.
