Digital accessibility is for Everyone: Accessibility guidelines encourage developers to create clean, organized, and user-friendly digital interfaces. This leads to better user experiences for everyone, as well-designed interfaces are easier to navigate and interact with. One of the ways that Case Western Reserve University honors our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion is through the Digital Accessibility Policy. The Digital Accessibility Policy Guidelines help lower the barriers to equity that could prevent access for everyone. Join us as we welcome our guest presenter, Latasha Simms from Digital Accessibility, and reflect on what digital accessibility looks like and how you can receive support and guidance. Faculty and Graduate Teaching Assistants are invited to participate in UCITE's First Friday event on October 6, from 11:30-12:30 pm in the Herrick Room of the Allen Memorial Medical Library.
