Do you want to eat "healthy" but are not sure what that means or how to do it? Perhaps you know how to eat nutritiously but wonder how this way of eating can fit into your budget or your busy schedule. This two-part Zoom series will take you back to the basics.

The presenters are CWRU students from the Nutrition program and will cover the following topics:

April 13: Balanced Nutrition for All
April 20: Nutritious Foods and Where to Find Them

These sessions will take place live via Zoom from 1-2PM. Join us for both sessions, or just attend the one you are interested in. While the two session topics compliment one another, each session will stand alone. Those who register and attend at least one will be entered into a prize drawing.

This series, which is a collaboration between Student Wellness and the Faculty/Staff Wellness Program, is open to all students, faculty, and staff.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Deanna Duffy at dxd516@case.edu or Mary Halm at mxh1034@case.edu.
