Case Western Reserve University is collaborating with University Circle organizations to welcome neighborhood families to a 'spirited' Halloween celebration!

Enjoy music, refreshments and treats.

Area public safety and police departments will be on hand with decorated vehicles and, in their trunks, Halloween treats.
