We welcome guest expert presenters from Pisanick Partners who will focus on menu selection that takes into consideration personal and planetary health. We'll have a great conversation on serving food that offers choices that are plant forward and reducing your events waste to landfill footprint.
A planet friendly lunch will be served but registration is required by Tuesday, March 22nd.

Sarah Carlson, MS RD LD, Chief Operating Officer, Pisanick Partners
Sarah has always had a passion for balanced eating and exercise. She completed her dietetic internship and Master's degree in Nutrition at Kent State University. She knew from the first day she started in school nutrition as an intern that it was her calling and focused her Master's thesis on healthy meal selection by students. Sarah has worked as a Consultant Dietitian for multiple districts in Ohio as well as a Consultant Program Specialist conducting Administrative Reviews for the Ohio Department of Education. Sarah's career continues to focus on supporting school districts to have successful nutrition programs while making lunch an opportunity for students to try new foods or familiar foods in new ways.
Waste, recycling and composting content will be provided by Stephanie Corbett, CWRU Director of Energy, Sustainability & the University Farm.
