Supervising others can be a hard job when managing your own responsibilities and tasks, helping team member's complete tasks, answering questions, and solving problems. When you consider this only part of your job, your work day can fill up with meetings and tasks before you know it. When holding people accountable for their tasks and delegating responsibilities evenly throughout the team, it can take a lot of energy, time and effort. In this training, supervisors will learn strategies related to identify the benefits and importance of delegation and accountability, discover your current delegation and accountability strengths and areas for improvement, learn how to effectively and efficiently communicate a delegated assignment to team members and follow through with them to maintain accountability and explore the relationship between delegation and accountability.
