Part Three: Performance Evaluation (What You Should and Should Not Do and Good and Bad Performance Review Examples)

This training is for experienced and current staff and faculty supervisors, those who have been promoted or newly hired into a supervisory role, or those who aspire to supervise in the future.

During this training, supervisors will learn what performance evaluations should look like and examples of what it should not! You will be exposed to multiple examples of good and bad performance reviews and strategies to help you create a good performance review for your staff. This includes but not limited to detailed, comprehensive, and specific and goal/action oriented evaluations review.
