No matter your role or responsibilities, meetings are part of professional life. Whether you are the meeting lead or an invited guest, we all have the power to implement strategies to make our meetings more effective. Before calling a meeting, as a supervisor you should be asking yourself three questions: is the meeting necessary, what is the purpose of the meeting and who needs to attend? During this training you will learn eight tips to achieve top performance in collaborative meetings and additional tips to make the most out of everyone's time. We will also address challenges that arise when meetings are not productive.
