Details

Head to the Quad to do some Goat Yoga! For those that pre-register you must check in no later than 10 minutes before your session to get your spot. If you do not arrive on time you will forfeit your spot. We will not have an online wait list but will take walk ups to add into sessions if there is space starting 10 minutes before each session. You may only sign up for one session. You will need to bring a yoga mat or towel. This event is limited to the ODU community.
