Lavender Graduation 2024

Please join the Center for Diversity and Inclusion as we host our 3rd annual Lavender Graduation on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 10:30-11:30am in the Arrupe Overlook. The history of Lavender Graduation dates back to 1995 at the University of Michigan with only three graduates. Dr. Ronni Sanlo, then Director of the University of Michigan LGBT Campus Resource Center, coordinated the first Lavender Graduation to acknowledge and honor the achievements of LGBTQ+ graduates. Since then, over 200 colleges and universities across the country have joined in, hosting similar events in celebration. We're excited to celebrate with you at this year's event! **The priority deadline to receive a Lavender cord is registering by Friday, April 19th.

Graduates must RSVP by Friday, April 26, 2024.
General RSVP by Monday, May 6, 2024.
