Spring Into Health with The Ray's Annual Wellness Walk and Expo! Join us for a mile walk around campus (beginning and ending at The Ray) focused on helping you learn more about the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection. Then head over to The Ray atrium where our Expo is being held and connect with local and campus wellness resources.

By participating in the walk or expo you will have the opportunity to get raffle tickets for fun prizes including self-care essentials, massages, local restaurant and athleisure wear coupons, and more!

Register in advance to gain an extra raffle ticket or drop in the day of.

Faculty and Staff: This event does count toward Healthy Vincents.
