Grand Opening: Yes Chef! at UMB

Located on the first floor of the SMC Campus Center, in what was previously known as “The Market at UMB,” is the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s newest dining option: “Yes Chef!”

Opening on Tuesday, February 27, Yes Chef! at UMB aims to be a local marketplace for the campus community, offering healthy and affordable snacks, coffee drinks, smoothies, and meals such as specialty salads, hot paninis, sandwiches, and wraps.

Yes Chef! at UMB will operate from Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their menu includes cold and hot made-to-order items and grab-and-go options for those who want to ease the stress of meal preparation and refuel quickly.

You're Invited to the Grand Opening

On Tuesday, Feb. 27, the University community is invited to the grand opening of Yes Chef! at UMB. Starting from 7 a.m. until close, everyone is invited to stop by, meet the team, and grab breakfast, lunch, or a delicious snack provided by a local vendor.

Guests will be treated to a FREE local cookie, while supplies last.
