Looking for a way to destress during finals? Join NAMI @ UMB for our cookie decorating event on December 7th @ 4 pm! Decorate some cookies with your classmates and participate in our ugly sweater contest for a chance to win a prize! Hot chocolate, cider, and snacks will be provided! Finals are stressful, make sure to take some time for self-care during the next few weeks.
