As Communications Specialist, Gwen helps to make the invisible visible at the Pace Center for Civic Engagement. She makes service and civic engagement part of the Princeton student experience with the campus community and beyond. She finds creative and compelling ways to elevate their voices to share how service and civic engagement are having a positive impact. She  oversees the strategic development of the center’s communications and manages everything from websites and social media, to photography, video, and more.

Multimedia Supervisor, Communications

Princeton University

Danielle Alio, multimedia supervisor, joined the Office of Communications in 2013. She specializes in multimedia content creation and storytelling. Danielle graduated with honors from Columbia University with a master’s degree in journalism and Cabrini University as class valedictorian with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She has worked as a producer for a top news and talk radio station in Philadelphia and has done freelance work for various production and broadcast companies as well as online and print publications.

Danielle has been recognized for her work by organizations such as the Philadelphia Advertising Club. She enjoys music, theater and traveling and has participated in a number of mission and service trips around the world.

Digital Learning Lab Manager, McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning

Princeton University

As manager of the Digital Learning Lab at Princeton, Alex Hollinghead partners with faculty to incorporate digital multimedia methods into Princeton coursework, and to support students developing their skills in domains ranging from video production, web development, audio editing, and graphic design. He oversees the operations of the Digital Learning Lab and conducts workshops on a variety of topics to support digital pedagogy in partner courses.
