The Zell Fellows Program is excited to offer a panel speaker session on entrepreneurship in emerging markets. This Alumni Perspectives session is open to all Kellogg students and will feature three Zell Fellows alumni with a focus on the unique experience of building a venture in an emerging market. The session will be moderated by Gregg Latterman and will feature the following alumni panelists:

  • Sahar Jamal (Kenya) – Sahar Jamal founded Maziwa, which supports breastfeeding mothers in Kenya. Maziwa is designing the only breast pump that is specifically tailored to working mothers in developing markets, so that every mother can choose to return to work without giving up on breastfeeding.
  • Enrique Evoli (Mexico) - Apollo Superfoods breeds insects and transforms them into high protein snacks.
  • Fernanda Pupe Colaco (Brazil) - Recigases is a Brazilian refrigerant reclamation company that enables companies to reuse their refrigerant through reclamation. Companies are able to reduce their costs, fulfill legal requirements, and be more sustainable.
