This event is part of the Sleeman Leadership Conference. It is open to all James Scholars in Gies College of Business.

Register for either an in-person class at the ARC Instructional Kitchen OR follow along at home via Zoom! Either way, all ingredients will be provided. Learn to make Mediterranean naan pizza, quinoa salad, and red velvet cheesecake brownies (all recipes are vegetarian).

In-person option: You must have received a recent negative COVID-19 test to attend this event and have "yellow" status on your Safer Illinois app. You must wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself and other people.

Virtual option: (UPDATE: all virtual slots currently filled) you will be contacted to arrange a time to pick up your ingredients from 1055 BIF prior to the event and will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the event. To make these dishes at home, you'll need the following supplies:
oven
stovetop
microwave
baking sheet
8" x 8" brownie pan
mixing bowls
cutting board
sharp knife for dicing
spatula
parchment paper (optional)
mixer (optional)
