Details

Learn evidence-based practices in meditation, stress-management and mindfulness developed specifically for college students. Includes an interactive mobile app and course book. This series will take place from 2:00-3:15 on Fridays weeks 5-8. Students MUST commit to all 4 sessions (4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21) in order to enroll.
