This year we are hosting the 24th Annual Health and Fitness Expo! This popular event is going to look a bit different this year! We will have a week of events, both virtual and in person on the Fairfax campus!
This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, wellness, well-being, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates, and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.

You asked for it, we're giving it! Join us and Mason REC as we take on Fountainhead Regional Park and get our steps in. Snack and beverages will be available. This event is a part of Off-Campus Appreciation Week and the Health & Fitness Expo!
You are allowed to bring non-Mason students! Take your whole family and come get some fresh air! Please make sure to wear a mask, wear the appropriate footwear/clothing, and stay home if you are feeling unwell.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in virtual classes, virtual work, and virtual social activities. All of this screen time can result in burnout. This session, presented by Student Health Services and Learning Services, will help participants understand burnout, identify the signs, and apply strategies to reduce burnout.

Join our Assistant Director of Fitness, Becky Demus, on Zoom to check the following off your to do list for your health and well-being.
1. Get familiar with Burn Along and your free access
