Details
Unsure whether your problems are serious enough for counseling?
Struggling emotionally or mentally but unsure if it’s “normal” or not?
Do you think therapy is not for you?
Just want a mental health check-in?
If you can relate to any of these scenarios or many others, participating in Mental Health Screening Day may be helpful to you.
To participate, register for your preferred communication and then select the 30 minute time slot that works for you. 10-15 minutes prior to your consultation time, you will log into the RIT Wellness Portal to complete the brief Mental Health Screening Form. After completing the screening form you will find a zoom link in your Wellness Portal to join a brief consultation with one of RIT's CaPS counselors to discuss your screening results and resources that could be most helpful based on your individualized needs. This is a great way to connect with a counselor to get a pulse check on how your mental health is doing.
Screening and consultation slots available 3/10-3/19. Register now for your slot. First come, first serve.
*Students currently located outside of New York State
