Attend a virtual barre class taught by Heather Cottone, Wellness Instructor. This session will be a full 50 minute workout inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates that focuses on isometric strength training combines with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 42 each semester. Event is first come, first serve based on supplies and space capacity.
