Attend a virtual Yoga class taught by Michelle Wilcox, Wellness Instructor. The pace of this session provides a steady flow through a series of poses that keep the body engaged in a steady flow of movement. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 95 for each semester. Event is first come, first serve based on supplies and space capacity.
