Join Into the ROC for a 4.5 mile running tour of Rochester - hosted by the Rochester Running Company!

On this tour you will get a work out while stopping by some of downtown's most historic sites.

All paces welcomed!

The Bus will leave promptly at 2:30pm from the sentinel.
