Virtual 5k Competition

Is exercise your strategy to recharge? Why not engage in a fun walk, run, or roll Virtual 5k as a way to connect with others in the community looking to do the same thing! The 5k is real, the engagement is virtual! You can participate on or off campus, you just need to upload your time to our Strava page with the hashtag: #Recharge5k to be entered into the event.
