Camille Kapaun

Camille's career before CBS was always centered around food. At Cornell, she majored in Food Science while minoring in Nutrition and Business and working on her startup, Worthy Jerky (a healthy "steak" jerky product). After school, she worked on a small vegetable farm in the south of France before starting her career as a Food Scientist, working on Global Innovations for Mondelez. Realizing she wanted to be closer to the consumer, she went to culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and put her new culinary skills to use as a Line Cook at Michelin Starred Restaurant, Nix, in Union Square. Before CBS, she worked for two years at the healthy fast-casual restaurant chain, DIG (formerly Dig Inn) in Operations, Growth Strategy, and Business Analytics. Now, she is excited to share with you her summer go-to recipe!
